installing Office 2007 SBE on replacement PC

I recently purchased a PC and installed Office 2007 Upgrade, with no problem.
However due to hardware failures, the PC is being replaced by the
manufacturer. Am I going to have a problem installing Office on the new PC
after it was already installed on the previous one?
