Installing Office 2007 Standard Edition

I am installing Office 2007 standard edition on a second lap-top. It clearly
states in the directions/user agreement that this software can be used on up
to 3 computers.
When I run the setup.exe, I get the following error message:
'setup can not find Office.en-us\OfficeMUI.msi. Brows to a valid
installation source and then click OK.'
What gives? The DVD drive sees the install disk and files.

If you have Office 2007 Standard Edition, then NO, it does NOT "clearly
state in the directions/user agreement that this software can be used on
up to 3 computers".
