INstalling Office 2007

I already have Office profeesional 2003 on my computer and bought office
2007. If I just install it, will it upgrade my office version? Or do I need
to uninstall office 2003 first?

Installation will offer to uninstall or simply install along with Office 2003. Select the option ot upgrade and uninstall prior version.
