Installing office 97... not all user seem to have access?

I have installed office 97 on the new system (Windows XP)
but when one user logs out, and another l;ogs in, they
can't see office? How do I fix this?

When you say they can't 'see' Office, do you mean it's mot listed in
Start>Programs?

If so, you need to alter the start menu so that the shortcuts are for 'All
Users and not just one account. Go into My Computer, click on Folders and
have a look for the shortcuts under Documents and Settings.
