installing office on d drive, when c drive contains windows

I want to know if you can install Microsoft Office on a seperate drive than
the one Windows is installed such as d for office, windows in on c?

I think you can but what I did was to put all of my MS programs on the C
drive and my documents and misc applications are on my D drive.
