Installing Office Small Business on 2003 Server

Is there anything special I need to do before I install MS Office Small
Business on a Windows 2003 Server?
Can I install single user edition on the server?
Are there any specific instructions (documents) I can read before I do the
installation?

Thanks, but that is for the Accounting package. I am looking for info the
Microsoft Office Small Business software.The one with Outlook, Power Point,
Publisher, etc.
