Installing OfficeXP CAB files

Is there a procedure for installing the "full" OfficeXP
CD?

For the Operating System (WinXP Pro) you can copy the
i386 directory from the CD to your hard drive and change
a registry key. This will end the OS prompts to load the
CD's when it needs additional software that it didn't
load (even though you requested a complete install).

Is there a similar procedure for the OfficeXP Pro CD's?

I travel and don't want to carry my CD's

Hi, Brian,

Either copy your CD(s) to your hard drive (and run setup from there), or
create an administrative installation point (if your version of Office
supports it) by runing setup /a.
