Installing OffXP2002SB,Error 1919,Can't accessMS AccessDatabase..

Thanks for posting the solution and link to this problem, I had the same
issue. I did a full system restore to a HP 760n OEM XP Home edition
install. Installed XP SP2, Installed Office 2000 pro and Office SP's 1a, 2
and 3. Then I satrted having the same Error 1919 issue. I used the OEM
solution. I had to go to the C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 dir to get the
current files that work with XP SP2. The only file I had to look elsewhere
for was C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\msadc\handler.reg.
