Installing one of the Office 2007 messed up spell check in OE.

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. Installing Office 2007 Home and Student
has done something to spell check in Outlook Express. For example for the
word "testing" spell check is suggesting I use Setting, Tetin, Testions,
Tessin, teston, etc.. In OE, under Options>Settings, the Language has been
switched to French but there are no other languages to choose in the drop
down list.

Anyone have any idea what happened and how I might fix this?
