Installing Outlook 2003

Can,t install Outlook 2003 due to 400Mz requirement. I
have 300 Mz. How do overide this. I currenlty have
Outlook 2000. I have turned of speech recognition.

Hi Fred,
normally there is no problem to update OL.
In which part of installation are your problems?
