Installing Outlook 2007 Stationary/Letterhead

I am trying to figure out how to build and install Outlook 2007 stationary or
a letterhaed to use in my emails. From my research, I have found that the
stationary needs to be built in an HTML editor and installed in a particular
folder.

I would like to know, if I do need to make Outlook stationary using an HTML
editor, what size should the page be? How should I set this stationary page
in the HTML editor?

Once this is completed, where does the file get saved so it is accessable in
Outlook 2007?

Are there other ways to create stationary or letterhead for Outlook?

I really appreciate any help anyone can offer. I have spend several hours
trying to figure this out.
