I am running Vista 64 bit and Office 2003. I just installed the Outlook
Personal Folders Backup tool and though it is installed, it does not work.
The Setup program appears to complete successfully. However, the Backup
command does not appear on the File menu in Microsoft Outlook. Additionally,
if you click Options on the Tools menu, click Advanced Options, and then
click COM Add-Ins, the Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool does not appear
in the Add-Ins available list. Now, I tried to do what it said in support
Article ID: 886589 , but when I do, I get an error message that says "The
Module "Drive:\program files\microsoft office\office 11\addins\outbak.dll"
failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug
it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The
specified module could not be found.
