Installing Outlook with Biz Contacts

It has failed. It says it has loaded but it has not. I tried loading it on
my back up system and it cannot create the sql db.

Hi

At what point in the setup process did Business Contact Manager fail? Are
you installing the BCM V2 Update from the web or BCM from an Office CD?

What was the exact error message that setup returned?
