Installing outlook with office 2007 upgrade

Do I need to delete Outlook 2003 before Outlook 2007 becomes available for
installation and if I do what happens to all my contacts and calander info ??

Nothing. They'll all still be in the PST that holds them. However, if you
wish to be safe, make a copy of that PST in another folder.
