Installing Outlook

Hi all i have got a outlook , as part of the office xp package , and was
wondering if , once installed , does outlook become the default mail program
or does outlook express still remain the default until i tell it differently
and also would both programs run side by side if i transferred the setting
from outlook express over to outlook . Hope that's made sense

It will prompt you to be the default mail program on first startup. You can
always change this in Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
Outlook Express and Outlook can run side by side without a problem.
