Installing Parts of Office 2007

I am trying to install most of the components of Office 2007 but not
Outlook. When I try to select only those programs I want to install, it
still installs Outlook and makes it my default mailbox. How can I install
just PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Access and not the other programs in
Office 2007. I have tried a custom installation but it still installs
Outlook.
