Installing Project Server 2003 on Win Server 2003 with STSV2?

I have a Windows Server 20003 box with SharePoint Services
V2 installed and runing. I need to install Project Server
2003 on this box also. Is this going to install correctly
in this order? I have seen a couple of posts say that the
install order is important. Do I need to install SQL
Server 2002 with Project Server 2003, and if so, should I
change Sharepoint to use SQL also?
