installing Project Server2002

HI All,
I have 50 2002 Pro licenses and Project Server 2002
license. I have heard Server 2003 has fixed many of the
2002 bugs. Can I install Server 2003 and use my 2002 Pro
licenses. I don't have money to upgrade all my 2002 Pro
licenses to 2003 Pro, but can swing the Server license.
