My PC runs Windows XP SP1.
After installing Office XP Proofing Tools, I can no longer
fine-tune the thickness of the taskbar by dragging its
edge with the left mouse button down; there seems to be
several set thicknesses and I have to use one of them.
Does anyone know what to do to regain the fine-tunability?
