Installing Software with a DAO error

I receive the following message when I try to load my Quick Verse Software:

Set up has detected that Microsoft DAO is in use. Programs using DAO must
be exited before setup can continue. Exit all other programs, then press ok
to continue with Setup. Or press cancel to stop setup now.

Pleae help. I have no idea what to do.

Are you running any Office programs while you're trying to install the other
software? Have you tried hitting OK? What happens?

I do not have any Office programs open that I am aware of. Yes, I have tried
hitting okay. It just gives me the same message over and over again. The
Window that the message opens is says Microsoft DAO in use.
