Installing SP2 from the downloaded file

I downloaded the FULL version (101MB) Service Pack 2 of Office 2003
(Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe). By the time the file reached by PC
it was displaying as "Info.ASPX"; I have no idea why it is not the .exe file
nor do I know how to install an Info.ASPX file. It is the correct 101MB size
& under the "Properties" tab it is reported as "Office 2003 Service Pack 2
(SP2)".

Can anyone tell me how to install from an Info.ASPX file?
