Installing student & home 2007 over professional 2003

If I install student & home 2007 over a copy of professional 2003
(which includes outlook & access 2003) do I lose the outlook and
access? Or do I end up with word, excel, PP Onenote 2007 plus access &
outlook 2003?

My reason for the upgrade is to upgrade my onenote 2003 and the
student & home is better value.

Thanks

No, it will not overwrite those programs. (It never hurts to keep your CDs
handy tho.)

Thanks for the quick answer - isnt the web great!
Can I use my disk to upgrade onenote 2003 to 2007 on my son's computer
without installing any of the other office products?

Assuming that the license says you can install it on more than one computer,
yes. You will have to do a custom install.
