installing templates

[templates plus tools (word fast)]

I am trying to install a free software programme downloaded from the internet
called Word Fast. This has been successfully done and is saved in my
desktop. Following the instructions downloaded it tells me to:

"In Ms-Word, use the Tools/Templates & Add-Ins menu to add PlusTools to your
list of templates.
Note: if, at any time, Ms-Word asks you whether you want to "save" changes
made to the PlusTools template, answer no. The PlusTools template should stay
unchanged"

However, once I am in the templates+add ins, I am unsure how to actually add
the PlusTools into the template and how to use them in word.

Please can you help.

You need to contact the people who created Word Fast. They should be able to
offer you specific instructions about how to load and use their product.
