installing toolbars

accidentally deleted toolbars - had nothing showing to
reinstall, so reinstalled word 2001 for mac and only
blank page appears. How do I get back the toolbars again
please?

One way:

With Word closed, rename the Normal template (in the Microsoft Office
2001:Templates folder). Open Word to create a new Normal. Use the
Organizer to copy any macros/autotext etc to your new Normal.
