Installing Word 2003 over Word 2002.

I currently have Microsoft Office XP Professional (2002) installed on my
computer. I just bought Microsoft Office 2003 Professional (full version, not
the upgrade). If I install Office 2003, will I lose the proprietary templates
I have installed in Word 2002? Also, does this install a new version of
Outlook Express, and if so, will I lose all my stored messages and contact
names?
