Installing XP Standard Media Content

Success with insallation into my Windows 98 system of
Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers, Version
2002, however cannot access Clipart get error message,
Ox80004002 "No such interface supported"?

Does anyone have a clue? Thanx

I'm running win 98 and had to rerun setup on 98 and since
then I get the same message. I desperatly need help!!!!
