I have just set up a new computer at home and have
attempted to install Office XP
When I attempt to use Word a block comes up asking for
the 25 character product key, the same one that is
entered during installation. When the code is entered
per the label it claims its incorrect!!!
This is odd in that if I access Excel this does not occur
only on Word
Has the installation gone wrong or is it a product
fault????
Registration worked, or was reported to be ok.
Any ideas????
