Insufficient memory and RPC over HTTP

I've recently setup an Exchange 2003 server to the letter according to Micorsoft's instructions with some advice from Neo was able to get over a couple hurdles, but when I try to connect to it I get insufficient memory errors. I've confirmed that Outlook works OK as I can connect via VPN. The self issued certificate is installed correctly and Outlook attempts to connect over the HTTPS port as expected. I've tried using domain/user and (e-mail address removed) with the same results and ensured the basic authentication is being used. My servers internal damain is server.localdom.local and it's external name is mail.externaldom.ext

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
