Can anyone help me, I cannot find any help topics on this, and it is baffling how I can not have enough memory for a font - I have plenty of memory.

Hi,
I am having the same problem as Steve.
I was told By Gateway to remove Word and reinstall.
Did not help.
When I open Word, it just freezes. When I hit
Ctrl/Alt/Delete I get a white screen telling me my
system is dangerously low in resources.

I too am not low on resources and memory!

STEVE, if you read this... did you by any chance install
another software just before this happened?

I installed AOL 9.0 and soon after I tried to open WORD to
do some work and it refused to open!


Someone out there please help!

Search for and renaname normal.dot to oldnormal.dot
make sure word is closed when doing this
