insufficient resources error

I have a user running Win 98 with the works suite. When
she tries to start word she gets an insufficient
resources error. She has uninstalled and reinstalled the
entire Works package with no change.
Have any of you seen similar problems?

Uninstalling/reinstalling rarely resolves Word problems. My first suggestion
is that you check to see if the Woks Add-in has been installed. If it has,
use Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it.
