Hi,
I have somewhat of a convoluted question, but I will explain what I want to
do first, and see if anyone has any ideas...
We are trying to streamline the process of receiving, tracking, disputing,
approving invoices so that we can keep a "paper trail" as it were of any
communication and step in approving and paying a particular invoice (or even
expense reports, vacation requests, etc).
We would like to have a way to keep a central repository of a given invoice
and any associated documents (dispute forms, approval forms, etc) with a
corresponding notepad, as it were, of notes and comments from all involved
parties (finance, department heads, executives).
We would also like to have this based in exchange so that a vendor can send
an invoice, and all parties can be part of the approval process without
having to send the document back and forth between departments. Additional
forms would be kept in the same location (folder, etc).
If this makes sense to anyone and you have any knowledge of programs that
could be integrated with outlook to do what I am describing, please let me
know.
Thanks,
Greg
