What is the time tracking application you are using?
We have done this. If you use the same software as us,
this could be easy for you.

are planning to use a stored procedure to move all time
sheet data to the project server tables, But I don't know
which all tables that I need to update in PRoject server
and in what order, so that when I bring up the project
afer sync, it will get the updated project information. I
hope lot of people had come across this so will be able to
give some advice on this. I was somehere that the only
table that need to be updated are msp_web_work and
msp_web_assignments
