A user moves the wheel once on a Microsft Intellimouse
Optical, and Outlook preview pane or the Outlook Folders
jumps more than one line at a time. We've checked the
mouse settings and even installed Intellimouse ver 5.0.
The option "Roll the wheel one notch to scroll" was
changed to 1 line instead of 3. Outlook XP was
uninstalled and reinstalled along with SP 1/2. However,
on each roll of the wheel, Outlook still scrolls more
than 1 line at a time. Has anyone come across this
problem? Thanks in advance.
