MS Mouse - Wheel does not scroll in VBA

A

Andre Uys

I am using a MS Intellipoint Mouse, with latest driver from MS, Intellipoint
V 5.0.

Using MS Access (Office Pro XP suite) and the mouse scroll wheel will NOT
scroll in VB when viewing modules.

MS Mouse scrolls in all other aspects of Access including the Database
window, forms and reports.

I noticed that Intellipoint V 5.0 driver no longer has the ability to
troubleshoot and adjust the scroll wheel per running application.

How come MS hardware does not work with MS software ?

I checked out the KB, and they stated that this is by design.
