Intellisync and Outlook 2003

There appears to be some sort of bug between both
applications whereby there is no syncronisation happening
nor updates for one app to the other.
Have you experience this before? Any tips would be great

Not sure if its the same but I cannot get Yahoo Intellisync to work with
O2k3..
