Intenal support function returned an error

Hi all we have a SBS 2003 that is up to date with sp ect. One of our users
creates an appointment that needs to update another users calendar. the
appointment is created but "Intenal support function returned an error" is
diplayed and the other users calendar is not updated. Does anyone have any
ideas? Office 2003 is used and all was ok yesterday.
