You didn't answer what filenames and paths you are saving the images to
- are these std or custom IB?
- are you trying to use them in a shared border or include page?
- are you selecting the preload option on the Images tab?
- are you previewing in Browser, not the preview tab?
Provide more detail than just it didn't work
