I sent this twice yesterday but never could see it from here. I guess it
went into cyberspace, so here goes my third attempt (the charm I hope).

Will someone please tell me why Microsoft added these to 2003. Did MS intend
for them to be used for the entire site or just for "special" pages?

I don't see where they "do" anything out of the ordinary, but then I'm
usually a klutz with anything new to me. Thanks a bunch!
