interactive buttons

need help on this. my page describes several types of services that we offer, questioon is ho
would I apply an interactive button to the title "monitoring eating habbits" ?
I want the "button" without looking a button. I have fp 2003. ty....vsh98

selsect the button type "sample text " or sample "line"
if you want to edit the background clik on "image" tab and change color
