file share. You could schedule it to re-post on a change.

This is Microsofts Team Calendar add-in for Outlook. It's a free, customizable team calendar manager. It's really pretty nice as a calendar addition ot Outlook although I still believe that if you have Exchange then the sky is the limit.

Attached is an example of what Free/Busy publishes to a file share. Further
automation can be obtained by publishing to a web server and then wrapping
the files in DHTML or ASP/ASP.NET.

You can also use MSN to publish Outlook Personal calendars or OWA to
accomplish more dynamic scheduling via the web.

Hi Jim,

please stop attaching files to your posts. Almost everything can be
described in a few sentences.

Because of viruses nobody is looking at your attachments. They only
causes costs for everybody here.
