Interactive calender in a MS Publisher webpage -

I am using PM Publisher to create a website. Is there a way I can embed a
calendar object that shows months (scrollable) with some dates highlighted
such that user knows there are some events on those days?

If the user clicks a highlighted date, I want to show the details of the
event at the bottom of the page.
