Intercepting the Publish event

Is there a way to Intercept the Publish event to a SharePoint form library?
I need to be able to do additional processing of the xsn before it is saved
to SharePoint.

Any ideas are appreciated.

This article shows how to "front end" save and close. You can probably
do some work "in front of" publish, the same way.
