If not, how do you activate it?

Interdev in excel 07Please elaborate on "interdev"

InterDev was a NON WYSIWYG HMTL/DHTML editor that shipped with Visual
Studio Pro Version 6. For several good reasons, it was scrapped after
version 6. It has nothing to do with Office/Excel.
