Interested in an upgrade from Office 97 to Office 2003-possible ?

I have an old copy of Office '97, and would like to purchase just an upgrade
to Office
2003 (Standard and/or Stident eddition).

Most editions of Office 97 (except for Academic editions) do
qualify for upgrade to Office 2003. See

Student and Teacher's Edition does not come in an upgrade package and is not
usable for future upgrades. One reason for its low price.
