This seems to be an interesting problem. It has us intrigued...
I belong to a group of 18 people who regularly send e-mails to the
rest of the group via "reply all". I'm sure that among us, there are
a variety of e-mail clients. I'm running Outlook 2000, with all of
the latest patches. I am also running Norton anti-virus, BUT I have
outgoing mail scanning turned OFF.
- I often receive two copies of the same e-mail from other members of
the group.
- Other members of the group also report that they receive 2 or 3
copies of the same e-mail from me, AND from some other members of the
group.
What could be causing this? At this point, I suspect that none of us
are using groups, although I'm about to try one, and see if that works
better than constantly using "reply all".
Given the symptoms, this is clearly not a problem specific to one
person.
Thanks!
Ant.
