Interface built into Frontpage2002

I am trying to insert a web component- "bCentral", then
revenue avenue affilate link. When I click "Finish", it
tries to go to that revenue aveneu link, but action is
cancelled, can't link to that site. There is supposed to
be an interface for Commission Junction built in, but I'm
having no luck. Can anyone help?
