Interface Disappeared.

Hi Chaps,

I've only been using visio for a couple of days. But somehow the 'size &
position window' will no longer appear when I request it. The 'pan & zoom,
custom properties and drawing explorer windows' can all still be call and
the appear and dissapear on click. However the 'size & position window' is
nowhere to be seen. I've tried resetting menus in a hope that it also affect
the floating tools to no avail, I've done a repair install and a complete
uninstall and reinstall although I'm fairly sure that this wasn't a complete
uninstall as it required no activation.

Does anyone have any Idea how I can get it back? How can I cleanly uninstall
to guarantee that it reappears, without a system restore?

Having the same problem here. All other support windows appear but this one
is on a long holliday i think.

As I'd only just installed it, I did a system restore to before and
reinstalled. It came back. If this had't worked and if it happens again I
think I'll just try deleting the visio/dll folder possibly the application
folder and run a repair installation. Maybe you could try that. Perhaps
someone can inform you on the whereabouts of the application interface
settings and then you can just delete that file or files.
