Interface Not Registered Error

Getting error 'Interface not registered' when trying to send a word document
as a email, i have tried repairing the install but to no success, i am using
Office 2003 on a XP Pro machine, the error also seems to come up in Excel,
if someone can please help because this is really starting to annoy me......

Hi David,

I have a feeling you are using Microsoft Word as your email editor. When you
have finished composing your email, you click on the send button and a dialog
window appears with a message "Interface not registered" and the email has not been
sent.

Based on our research, the stated behavior can be caused by corrupted system file
on your Windows XP. To rectify this problem, it would require running a repair on
the Windows XP machine.

For instructions on how to repair and reinstall Windows XP program, I would like to
recommend the Knowledge Base article Q315341. This article explains how to perform
