Interface not registered

I work in 2003 and XP. I can send and receive messages via pop3..., however, if I choose "send mail with..." and I choose office, when I click send, I get a message "interface not registered" - Second - when I visit a website and want to send an email by clicking on "contact us", about 60 or so explorer faces pop up, ending up in freezing everything for a few minutes, and nothing happenes. HELP PLEASE!
