interface with Palm Pilot

I have a PALM Vx.

I upgraded to Office2003 including Outlook2003.

When "sync"ing, I get error messages.

Error 89949502
and
Error 80040502 Incorrect Store Id

Both messages generate a base conduit message.

How can I fix this?
